RE; RE Re 10Q Questions

Stockarchangle I am glad that I turned my computer this morning to read your blog before I went to the conference today. I for one have been a long time DLKM and RUBY shareholder. I am very glad you found this. I am sure that there is going to be a lot of questions to be answered tomorrow on this. I was at the conference Friday and pleased that there were so many shareholders there from our 2 companies. This is a big question that has to be answered. This is why as many people have to go to these conferences to dig down to get these answers. I for one am not happy with so many shares in these private placement at .05 with a warrant at .075 a share. I realize that the company needs money to drill and could see a .45 a share Private Placement and a warrant at .52 but not the .05 a share and a full share warrant at .075. My personal opinion on this is maybe that they had to do this in order to get Craig the geologist on board. Maybe he isn't working for a salary and just took the shares cheap. I do not know for sure but if you ever met Craig you would understand why. We have to find out what is going on here.

I bought into the DLKM PP last month; however, I am a very unhappy camper right now. How could any fiduciary of our funds give away stock of DLKM @ .05/ share to anybody? I had recommended this stock to my children as a high risk/ reward speculative play. I have emailed them tonight and told them that I may have been wrong in placing any credence in statements made by this company's ...more

I'm looking forward to hearing what you all found out this weekend in regard to the 10Q.  Most of us have lots of friends and family in the stock, not to mention I know that a few of us are heavy DLKM or a vast majority of our shares are DLKM.  I can not and will no longer recommend this stock.  I don't want to make an irrational decision but I'm pissed. & ...more

Hi JJ. All I can do is give you my take of what is going on with Douglas. There was so many people there at the show I did not meet anyone else on the blog except Yukon Cornelius and he came up and introduced himself to me. I was waiting for someone else to blog on Stockhouse first before I gave my opinion. I would like everyone that was there to blog so  we can can get as many opinions  ...more

Hi there FYI - if you want to know the real story about Handeni and the entire area the guy to speak to is  Reyno Scheepers. He has been working in the area for IPP an extended time. Craig is (I believe) highly conversant with the CANACO property. Reyno has a reputation for being scrupulously honest and very frugal with investor's funding. Let's hope that IPP can start encouraging ...more

I would just make one note about your post: Drill RESULTS will not come in June. The first holes will be drilled. I spoke to Harp on this in front of 4 other knowledgeable investors and clearly he gave us a timeline because I asked him to lay it out and do the math. Roughly- September with a flow of results to follow. You can verify with Craig or Harp or whomever, but yes- drilling is going to ...more

Yukon Cornelius I was very happy to meet you at the conference. There was me and another investor that grilled Craig for an hour over coffee. From what Craig told me was a little different than what Harp told you. Craig is very positive about what the drill will bring up. The drills that they are going to have on location are going to be diamond drills not RC drills. As soon as he sees good core ...more

Saturday, I love your unwaivering optimism.  Rightfully so.  You have done your homework.  However, with the opportunity in Handeni, as shareholders we are hoping for the value of the share to be maximized.  It seems to have been minimized in this case.  We have the doubled edged sword in seeing what Canaco's SP did when their drill program results were released.  ...more

Saturday, don't take my rant personal either.  Your posts are valueable and offer insight.  I really appreciate you posting first this morning.  Thank you.  I'm just venting here and sharing my thoughts.  I am also open to any correction or perceived error in my posts.

Saturday- thanks for elaborating. Craig's enthusiasm and expectations play a big part in that timeline differential. I hope he's right-that would be great. But if Douglas has taught me anything to date, it's to err to the side of later rather than sooner. So Harp laid out his plan and Craig's expecting to find some fine results and move ahead quickly. OK- fair enough. Good exchange ...more

I just have to put my 2 cents in here. I have to agree with spider. Harp could have given up a long time ago. The company never had any money and he made the right deals by picking up the Handini. I personally do not think the company will have to do any more financing. They have I think 4 million shares of Ruby. Ruby is going into production pretty soon and should supply a cash flow to Douglas. I ...more

Saturday, I will never agree with anyone who condones diluting a company's position by almost 20% at ridiculous levels of over 90% below the trading price. NEVER! I'd really like to see the names of the 38 subscribers LOL. That the property has outstanding potential has been suggested by many qualified, independent individuals - there should be no question of that. However, there are ...more

Let me ask all of you who plan to be long on these companies for the near or forseeable future something:Other than the drill results, which goes without saying, what is it that you want to see happen with the companies in the short term? What, if anything, should be done differently than what is actually happening now?All responses are strictly off the record, individual opinions, and should ...more
