DLKM Shareholders

Hi All: I have not posted for a while and try not to post at all. I just watch everyone elses post. I probably do not have enough room here to tell you everything. I just want to tell everyone about what I have been investing in here of late. You might not agree with me but thats O.K. I have 2 companies. One is American Mining and the other is an alluvial gold company down in central America. These are both start up companies and you can get in early. If you do not like putting in seed money in new companies you can stop reading here. American Mining has a 50-50 J.V. agreement with Win-Eldrich Mines whereby they will receive cash flow right away for processing their ore. American Mining has 3 processing plants that they want to put into production. They form either J.V with mainly gold companies that have good deposits but they are just not big enough to support buying the processing equipment and going through all the regulations to process their ore which can take years. American Mining has the permits or are in the final stages. If the junior does not want to do it this way. They will process the ore for a fee. If you have any interest in this go to American Mining and you can get all the phone numbers and address that you need to get information. Right now they have a web sight but there is hardly any info on it except the company management. They hired a public relations firm that is starting next month. The stock symbol is AMCM there is hardly any shares out so it does not trade much. The startup price is .25 and you get a stock certificate right away. There is going to be a low amount of shares out because they will not have that much debt and much financing. The other one is an alluvial mine in central america. This one will I believe have the lowest market cap and the cheapest price of any alluvial. They have the mining permit. They have the equipment and are suppose to go into full production in a month. The company plans to put all the money that they make into more processing equipment and expanding. They are already producing gold and sold gold. The project has a lot higher grade than the Mikuvia. the company will have no debt and cash on hand to buy more equipment. They say that the company should net .05 a share the first year. This one you can get for .05 a share and get the stock certificate right away also. I just wanted to let everyone into what I have been buying. Now there is going to be a representative coming in July !6 from the gold company and everyone is invited to come. There is suppose to be info sent out to the people Rich has on his list. This is not like the Douglas PP that were basically for the dlkm shareholders. This one if you can not attend you can call Rich Radez and there will be info sent out to you.. His number is 317-502-5838. I want everyone to know about these 2 little companies so that people do not loose out like last time with Douglas. There are no warrants with anyone of these.

Hi Jerrell: I wish I did but I don't. The company is so young the stock certificates came through with a number instead of a company name. This is the same property that Moriarty wrote a very bullish report on a couple of years ago down in Belize it was then named Erin Ventures. It just changed hands. There is a totally different management . From what I have been told the people that had the ...more
