This is a poorly managed company that has done nothing for their investors, since Day1.

I totally agree....I never thought rthis would be a 1 cent stock...I am alrrady prepared to take a complete loss on this stock...

Thats"s about 5 million $. What I am worried about is if thay are looking to start over...every old investor gets it ..I think that..I know I am looking at A worst-case scenario. but we have to be realistic ...doesn t look good at all.

30,000,000 shares at todays sp of .0225 is not Five million $675,000, they won't sell that cheap! Young John has bigger dreams and will need a few million to get there. how much is the infrastructure worth plus yearly revenues. Debt is the problem.

Year end (2023) filings are due April 2 guidance?, if they let shareholders know, maybe mid March. correct if dates are off. Thank you
