I just noticed another intriguing element in this updated prospectus. It speaks about the 6% fee for the arranger, but then goes on to say: "with the exception of gross proceeds raised and received by the Company in the Offering from any purchasers that settle their purchase of Units directly with the Company (the “Direct Settlement List”)". This element was not included in the previous prospectuses. The plot thickens!
