RE:New Mexico So this $100,000/month, I assume is an extrapolation of what the previous company was producing with some sort of multiple for the rented compressor that's been installed on site? I also assume the same "compression" fees and royalties apply to any gas being fed into the sales line. If I remember correctly that was 25% and 24% respectively. Seems like we're down to about $51,000/month before other production costs, G&A, etc. Maybe it means $100,000 after those other contractual expenses but I'm not going to get into the habit of assuming best case or even average case scenarios at this point. I think we've all learned that the worst case scenario is highly probably here.
