Gold is moving upwards to new highs.
Investors are returning to the market place.
The new mining law will be finalized on January 3 , and it is obvious to all that Dynasty management , who have close links to insiders, have in their pockets the negotiated agreement to resume full mining.
Those terms will be consistent with the new mining laws , but with individual variances to suit the situation.
Very soon, we should see the details of those terms. This could be as early as next week.
At that time, we should see the share price accelerate forward at a very rapid pace.
Those terms should be more or less quite acceptable, as they convinced management to continue with mine development while the new law was in its early stages.
I have been a buyer at these prices for this very reason.
