Aren't we all. The good news is you may actually find out in around 12 months. I know that sounds a little jaded but I believe it to be a realistic time frame. Remember March, then April, then July, now October...no these aren't random months, rather end dates for exploitation agreements stated by government officials. The take away is that dates mean nothing and things move very slowly indeed (unless they are revoking licenses).
