Dynasty never went beyond a PEA on Zaruma and Jerusalem so you've got to expect their flow sheets aren't as mature as if they had spent the money on PFS and FS studies. Instead they do a lot of tweaking as they go along. If you're invested, you have to accept that this is the way they've chosen to build their plant. But who knows, maybe they've had a pleasant surprise with the type of ore they're into. Whether you think this is a lack of foresight or not, this development is obviously positive.
