With all the respect that is due, you are making yourself appear as someone who does not have extensive knowledge of or experience in the mining industry.  The questions you are asking, your reflexive dismissal of all the answers that I and others have suggested seem more consistent with someone who is pursuing a vendetta than a sincere quest for knowledge.  There are rumors though, that your performance may put you ahead in the running for the Cheswick Award. <g>
