RE:RE:quarteredx - Agreed.  A little transparency regarding the "why" would be a fairly reasonable expectation.  Given the potential implications of this report (especially your downside case), DMM should be obligated to disclose the reason for the delay under basic principles for reporting of material information.  I suspect holding this information is in violation of these rules.
