Why do you think they abruptly raised the break fee payable to 3 million and cancelled the 60 day go shop period. what we need now is a hostile takeover of at least 14 million dollars, which in the BOD's own press release would be a superior deal than the Titan offer. " Under the Arrangement Agreement with Titan, Core Gold had the ability to consider a private placement equivalent to US 14 million to be a "superior proposal" that would permit Core Gold to terminate the agreement" .  Just by the BOD panicking with the break up fee and the go shop period, sure seems like this rogue deal was in the works by this rogue board for many , many months, perhaps even longer, and I guess expectations were that no one would notice a little gold miner from Ecuador, and the shareholders, getting the "mining shaft".  imho
