Just by the BOD panicking with the break up fee and the go shop period, sure seems like this rogue deal was in the works by this rogue board for many , many months, perhaps even longer, and I guess expectations were that no one would notice a little gold miner from Ecuador, and the shareholders, getting the "mining shaft". imho
