RE:Bailey3 - So now Titan's bid for Core is maybe $0 ?

RE:Bailey3 - So now Titan's bid for Core is maybe $0 ?Agreements entered into so far - are any of them valid now?
Did Titan/BOD4 just give all the "no" votes a gift?

All the share lockups by Javier Reyes - not valid?
Converted shares - no longer voteable?

Clearly may smell of not having raised the A$20 million, and
then trying to get Core Gold for maybe free anyway.

What will the regulators think of this?  Can such an
impaired offer even be presented?

If you go to pay for your new car with, instead of a
certified cheque, a bag of buttons and beans, will
the sales department still take your payment?

There are those people who get a proxy form in the mail
and just sign-whatever, because they presume
management to be acting reasonably in their
interests.  Are they then being defrauded?  Does
management have a duty to represent a reasonable
offer?

Can PI Financial stand behind the "fairness"
of a "maybe $0" offer?  What does that say about PI?

Worst of all for Titan/BOD4, what if shareholders
consult the nearest 5 year old?
