RE:Do we believe their numbers?

RE:Do we believe their numbers?Do We Believe Their Numbers? Maybe...but let's put things in perspective. The "Yes" side locked up their votes months ago...so they have all been accounted for. Subtract the almost 10 million shares that Titan acquired when the Board turned down the C$4 million offer from the Chinese Company in favour of Titan's "borrowed" US$3 million to pad the yes votes and the pro merger numbers drop significantly. The Circular and proxy info was late getting delivered, so the bulk of the "No" side haven't voted yet. When the dust settles, we'll have a clearer picture of where shareholder sentiment lies. Until then, make yourselves as informed as possible and ask yourselve's this. Why would a Company with nothing to hide refuse to refute Keith's claims in his Releases, saying only that he was being self serving? Why would the Company not respond to legitimate questions from shareholders? The answer is simple...either they have total disdain for the process and/or for shareholders or they can't respond without misrepresenting the facts...and they know the risk of making false statements in writing. Exercise your rights. Vote No to this proposed merger and send a strong message to the Board that shareholders deserve better...both from them and in any other future offers. Djstone56
