Voting - and the Letter of Transmittal

Voting - and the Letter of TransmittalAgain, I'm not any kind of expert at all - so I'm just passing on what some various people told me - rely on your own advice ...

I asked around - what is that "Letter of Transmittal"?  The impression I got (take with grain of salt) - it's instructions to a transfer agent, that if Titan wins, then to go ahead and send you 20 shares of Titan for every Core share you have.

I can't think of any reason whatsoever to fill it in, and that's what I heard too - from what I understand it's like a birthday present from Titan to itself, to make sure you get sent Titan shares.  Consult your own advisor - but I'm pretty sure that if Titan won, then if there was ever a share conversion, transmittal would happen anyway.  But I doubt that Titan would win anyway, given their liabilities that seem to be looming up - are they more than all of Titan is "worth"?

So the booklet seems useless, except as a birthday gift from Titan to Titan, or to put under birds or newborn puppies.
