RE:Good reason for optimism..

RE:Good reason for optimism..Hey Merlin, thank you for including me in the conversation.  I haven’t posted on here for awhile because I know we’re trying to stay positive and not try to scare away potential suitors.  I didn’t have anything positive to add haha.

My opinion: I’m extremely sceptical that The BOD4 and Sam Wong aren't scheming to attempt to defraud shareholders again.  Their words say one thing but when you examine their actions, another picture is painted.  Continuing to try to transfer the Vertex debt to Titan, especially when they have Several financing offers already!  Take money and from a legitimate company and pay off vertex with it.  Rid yourself of Titan and try to regain some semblance of credibility in the mining community.  Also, limiting the number of board members to 5 in the past vote, is clearly meant to discourage companies from making an offer, because it’s fair to assume a company investing 10’s of millions into a junior miner with a management team with an unscrupulous reputation, you’d want a condition in the offer to add a board member or two.

I find the disappearance of the paid Titan pumpers ominous.  Either they know they don’t have a chance, or they know it’s in the bag?

Regarding the lack of Criticism of management, I personally belive an open converson on this form is positive.  An echo chamber is not advantageous for making investing decisions.  But I do believe during this process of shopping for investors it was probably the right move to maintain a positive and united front of shareholders.

Hopefully we get a deal SOON while Gold is above $1400.
