Good reason for optimism..

Alchemist there is good reason.

The Vertex debt ploy has failed. Titan is now battling for survival and not world domination. They failed to obatain a sweet deal by pushing the debt as a threat.

So now the deal window is closed and we will hear in a week or two. All parties Titan Core BOD and us the shareholders have our requirements aligned. Is there another possiible wrinkle? There is always the possibility and it is just a question of wrangling/reason. Reason will have to prevail.

In the end its all about the assets and if you feel that is not worth the risks taken then the question is why are you here?

Let's give it to Washer he really built a fine gold company. The operations and some bad luck got in the way. Sh*t happens but we have moved on.

Are we pushers? Anything positive can be so construed.

So there is good reason Alchemist.

Hey Merlin, thank you for including me in the conversation.  I haven’t posted on here for awhile because I know we’re trying to stay positive and not try to scare away potential suitors.  I didn’t have anything positive to add haha. My opinion: I’m extremely sceptical that The BOD4 and Sam Wong aren't scheming to attempt to defraud shareholders again.  Their words say one thing ...more

Completely agree, Alchemist. I've had the feeling for a while now that the stratetic review isn't about finding suitors, but doing a jig to make it look to regulators like they are acting impartial. This is purely speculation on my part. So when they finally finish the review they can say 'hey look, nobody is interested. Welp guess Titan is the best option'. Can they release the ...more

We are still hear my friend. We have simply allowed everyone to cool their Jets while the board review the offers. Despite what others may think I am a CGLD shareholder and have accumulated a decent holding. I want the best result but I guess I know the true history of the Titan team so I want to back them.  I don't think there is "binding" offers presented and as it stands ...more

Pipes, Even a dollar a share is still lowballing, but it's money in the bank. Said big company sniffing around is liquid and has income producing assets to be sure. Titan is offering only thirty cents equivalent at this time, if my math is correct. They could offer $10 equivalent in share swap and it would be meaningless as venezuelan bolivars. Titan has no value as a company. They might as ...more

I agree 1Kgcoffe.  But, considering  the events that have transpired with Core the past 9 months, I think a $1 a share would be fair.  But I agree, for the assets it’s cheap. Idealy and realistically, if we got a $40 million investment with new management, three new board memebers, retaining Keith Piggott and Javier Reyes.  Core would be a $1 stock soon after (depending on the ...more

Alchemist yup totally agree. Without the many assets that Washer built up not many would be here. Copper Duke likely a major porphyry and further drilling will sort that out. It's exactly what a major is looking for and with right partnership we are looking at a huge open pit mine. We will see pretty soon. I would be surprised if a joint development for earn in is not on the table. Twelve ...more
