RE:Hmmmmm ... Titan Minerals Halted in Australia
RE:Hmmmmm ... Titan Minerals Halted in Australia The bid was good until January 14th 2019.
So possibilities:
-They are withdrawing it
-Officially entering the strategic review if it's not too late.
-Ammending it - meaningless as Titan has no value
-The possibility I fear - They've secured some shares, perhaps a majority stake by certain board members tendering to their offer. A backdoor takeover, with possible unethical behaviour on the part of said board member. Pure speculation on my part.
Once again, thankyou for your analysis and insight, Tad. I am hoping we're done with Titan for good.
