We have Joda007 gushing something that only insiders should know; we have Titan saying there will be an announcement but not yet. Our BOD is telling us absolutely nothing despite many of us writing. There is not even a courtesy of an acknowledgment.
And suddenly Titan increases it's offer (even though it's more confetti) and why is that?
Joining the dots what I am reading is that there is one or more superior offers that will be pushed out into the open by either regulators pushing our BOD or the offeror pushing our BOD.
I believe a news release from our BOD is coming very soon. This story has plenty of hairy bits to go.
Don't Tender your shares to Titan the increase to 3.1 bits of paper is garbage and who knows what kind of ruse that money gathering actually is. They have form in saying things which don't happen at all or as they say over promise and under deliver.
