Don't worry Bailey. If 60m shares were sold over the past year Titan will be on the hook for tens of millions. Titan has nothing so where is the cash coming from? Those sophisticated investors will be left bleeding. Their own brazen acts have pushed them into a corner. Core quite likely not able to finance either. TSXV won't let them. Losing a listing has drawbacks especially one that has basically ridiculed investing. BCSC had risk if they allowed the complaint thru'. Here it won't go so well.
