Buying

Titan needs to obtain quite a few shares and the competition is heating up. Bigger players coming in to extract their kilos of flesh. Hence the price competition. If selling get your max. They all want a big piece. Plenty of legs on this story yet.

Your right. Arb traders will buy as much as they can, and some will try to short as much Titan as they can, to protect their position, if the deal ever goes through, because as you all know, Titan  shares are worthless. Can you say " class action lawsuit" . If a law firm takes this case on contingency basis there will be a throng of lead plaintiff's lining up. Unfortunately , us ...more

Don't worry Bailey. If 60m shares were sold over the past year Titan will be on the hook for tens of millions. Titan has nothing so where is the cash coming from? Those sophisticated investors will be left bleeding. Their own brazen acts have pushed them into a corner. Core quite likely not able to finance either. TSXV won't let them.
