There is probably fine print somewhere in that phone book Titan sent around to shareholders that lets them do this and/or they are waiting until they totally close the transaction before giving you Titan Shares.
All you can really do is complain to the TSX Venture Exchange and the BC Securities Council that you feel like you were misled and go from there. That might speed up the issuance of your Titan paper.
But it does make an interesting point... if Core Gold shareholders haven't been able to trade TTM shares yet that means the crash in Titan's share price has purely been OG TItan shareholders... just wait until the tidal wave of Core Gold shareholders get tradeable shares...
