Titan Minerals Limited (ASX: TTM) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Titan Minerals Limited (‘TTM’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of TTM, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 4 June 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Ideally it would be ASX making them do it. More likely stop any retailers from heading to the exits because more sh*t heading their way. Also to stop the price plunging again.  VOTE AGAINST  VOTE NO

I'm not sure if it was Titan who asked for the halt...or if the ASK imposed it, in follow up to the numerous complaints they have received and acknowledged over the past few weeks, involving the actions of Titan and it's CEO. What I do know however, is that despite being made aware of Titan's alleged transgressions in Peru and alleged false and misleading statements made by their CEO ...more

So...what does the trading halt really mean? If Titan asked for it and it wasn't imposed on them by the ASX, it probably means that it has to do with the financing. Now we know that they were having problems raising the money, at least initially, because the Core Gold Board saw fit to amend the Plan of Arrangement again and waive the requirement for Titan to raise any or all of the A$20 ...more
