REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Titan Minerals Limited (“Titan” or “the Company”) refers to the trading halt granted to the Company on 26 June 2019 and voluntary suspension granted to the Company on 27 June 2019.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company requests that trading in the Company’s securities be suspended from the commencement of trading on 5 July 2019.

The Company makes this request pending the release of an announcement ("Announcement") following the receipt of legal advice in respect to Core Gold Inc's ("Core") options in respect to the decision of the British Columbia Supreme Court and the outcome of discussions with Core. It is expected that the suspension will last until Friday, 19 July 2019 or the Company releasing the Announcement, whichever occurs earlier.

The Company is not aware of any reasons why the voluntary suspension should not be granted. Yours sincerely,

Likely to be permanent pretty soon.

I see why they only want to list on the ASX. Pretty sure you can't get away with that here. Halting because the company doesn't like the news.

Watch Titan go bankrupt now and their imaginary market cap evaporate. Good riddance.
