Never does a company know the grades for the full project until they are into the mining processes. National Instrument's, sec drilling and sampling, etc. are all used to get a picture to help establish a resource. Not the other way round. I read that post on the forum about the newsletter. Maybe correct in your assessment in the short term. The report I received was through a colleague, its from a mainstream microcap brokerage in the  US. The writer of which is a consultant to the brokerage who's lectures were part of my university program. I really am not a stock guy, but learning. I can tell you this is a valuable piece of ground. Thats my corner of the world. What it comes to, only time wil tell.
