RE:RE:RE:Unfounded CriticismI forgot to talk about this. What has the London Court of International Arbitration, which I read is a privately funded operation, have anything to do with a company from Canada, and a company from Australia, and drilling in Madagasgar? IMHO, it looks to me IMHO, that Cougar raised that $800,000 in September 2017 mostly for legal fees. DNI has stated in its PRs: That defaults of Cougar which were not remedied are not subject to arbitration under the Option Agreement. Case closed. If Randel had a real case, he would have used a real Canadian court, not some privately funded court in a country which has nothing to do with this situation. I guess to get a verdict which he wants, Randel can always make a generous donation to this privately funded court. I suppose his legal team has the Supreme Court of Zimbabwe, and the Supreme Court of Nigeria lined up next, if he doesn't like what this London court says. He can always raise more money from his stupid shareholders if necessary, for the Supreme Court of Cook Island. LOL. DNI has already canceled the JV agreement, there isn't any arbitration according to the JV, and the PR from DNI. Therefore, I would expect DNI to ignore the whole ridiculous situation. This court seems just as ridiculous as Randel's excuses about alleged arrests, and a PR made for a hollywood script, IMHO. Randel doesn't have a case, or he would have taken it to a real court of Law in Canada, IMHO. I expect DNI to just keep on ignoring Cougar, their deal is over, and I expect Randel to continue using shareholder money to convince his stupid shareholders, that Cougar has a case, IMHO. Randel you are so transparent. This London Court is as real as your PR about alleged arrests, IMHO. Randel, if you had a real case you would have used a real court in Canada, however I gather your lawyers have already told you that, but what the heck, your lawyers don't mind talking your shareholder's money, and you don't mind spending it on legal fees, IMHO All I said is just my humble opinion.
