Randel and his sleazy half witted group of idiots that have infested this board are upset that I am talking about the London Court of International Arbitration. You see I hit a nerve with my post about this alleged court. It is just a privately funded court that anyone can hire to arbitrate. However IMHO, they have no real jurisdiction, since they say they can handle cases from all over the world. Really!! That is some area to have authority over. These idiots from Hot Copper, want you to believe that you have to be a lawyer to dispute this London Court's authority. (I am using the word court loosely). All you really have to have is a brain which most posters on Hot Copper are missing, to figure out that Randel and his crew have no case, can't arbitrate in any real court. So Randel finds a court he can pay, to say what he wants. LOL. Why didn't Randel go to a court in Canada to arbitrate, or any real court? Because in a PR DNI has already stated that they have already canceled the JV agreement, there isn't any arbitration according to the JV. Randel justs wants to be a pest, so DNI will pay him off to go away, like someone suing Mcdonalds over hot coffee. That is why he is here harassing DNI shareholders. IMHO. I have never heard of a CEO of a company coming on stockhouse harassing posters. IMHO. Cougar shareholders, wake up!! Do you want to invest with a company that raises shareholder money just to use for legal fees? IMHO. As a Hot Copper poster put it, Cougar seems to fight with everyone they do business with. IMHO, DNI will just ignore any paid decision this court of arbitration (LOL) makes IMHO, and will continue with their 100% owned properties in Madagasgar, building a great Graphite company. No case for Cougar, just wasting more shareholder's money. Sorry Randel. No soup for you, Next!!Just all my humble opinion
