Trying to be a pest to DNI in anyway he can, so he hopes they will pay him off, IMHO. Trying to talk to DNI shareholders, which IMHO is very unethical. Randel move on. The JV is over, you blew it, You can't arbitrate according to DNI. Randel you never did send any documentation to back up your alleged accusations in your PR when you said that you would. Try suing Mcdonalds for hot coffee, that is something you would be very good at. Just all my humble opinion.
