No arbitration Cougar spreading nonsenseI don't know if the morons that have infested this board from Hot Copper, are really that stupid, or are deliberately acting that stupid working for Randel to spread misinformation. THERE IS NO ARBITRATION UNLESS BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO HAVE ARBITRATION ACCORDING TO THE LONDON COURT OF INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION. DNI have already stated in their last Press Release that " The defaults of Cougar which were not remedied are not subject to arbitration under the Option Agreement" Can it any more clear? Nice try to use misinformation Randel. However, it isn't going to work. No Arbitration. Just my humble opinion.
