DNI has already stated in their last PR that "The defaults of Cougar which were not remedied are not subject to arbitration under the Option Agreement" However, no matter how many times this is explained to your Hot Copper shareholders who infest this board, they keep on saying the same thing, that the Arbitration is going ahead, and Cougar will win, blah, blah, blah. Why are you going to that London Arbitration court Randel, if you know that it means nothing IMHO, Unless both parties agree to it? I do not see DNI agreeing, from their last PR IMHO.
