RE:DNI News! Very good on multiple fronts...Good news indeed... the only missing link is what is causing the delay in EnV Permits.... remember that this was supposed to come through before Christamas in 2017... so already there has been quite a delay.

Now I believe that Madagascar elections are due later this year... and typically some 3 monthe before that all stop working on these licences and permits... so if the EP doesnt come through in the next few weeks, it could well get pushed into 2019. Lets keep our fingers crossed and hope that it comes though in May itself.
