But strange this Randal guy hasnt opted for an out of court settlement with DNI... atleast there's a certaiity of some money with much less legal fess as well.... this court process could chew him up and even if he is granted some money (not a whole lot as he is expecting) a lot of it will go towards the legal fees.

I guess as somebody said, whom the gods choose to destroy, they first make them mad.

Floridas2000 wrote: Randal is in a really bad situation - if this fails then he's ruined.  He needs to win and win convincingly or his company is done.  He's probably trying to get inside information by posting on these message boards because DNI is to tight-lipped and he's public with his entire case.  However, we know nothing of substance.  We often contradict each other too.  So the exchange is he gives us inside information with Cougar and we give him our outside view of DNI.  He is using that to mediate and putting his shareholders at risk with such a massive gamble.  Whatever makes him sleep at night.  For DNI investors we wait for the permit and all the doors that unlocks.  For Cougar investors they wait on this mediation and that's about it.  It's rough for them, let's see what happens.
