Missing the point....

I have outined earler as to how this is easily a $2 stock.... but if we keep missing deadlines and have these huge overruns on cost and timelines, it leads to frustrations and more importantly, significant equity dilutions....

Just look at the current step... 20M shares (that's 20% or therabouts I guess) to raise just $1M CAD.... doesnt make sense.... the company has raised money several times in the past and all with the promise of env license... and its remained a promise... I dont know how many more dilutions we have to live with...
