Hoarding assetsIf you have never been to the Parq hotel in Vancouver it's a sight to be seen. I wonder why they do not sell their 25% plus stake? 600 rooms at $500-$5700 for one room per night! With casino and so on. I'm having a hard time understanding how they are not raking in the cash on this even after the 400 mill loan with three partners. Are they purposely trying to hold shares down for $2.00 offer to go private? Will they pull the rabbit out of the hat while public or after going private? Then there's the gold investments out the Yang Yang, which I'm not against cause it looks like the Brics country may back there trading platform with gold. I think there is a major real estate drop in the future which is a massive market. Money will flow in the 100's of millions into other asset class like green bonds, critical minerals, gold, and other emerging investments you would think. That being said, sell the hotel portion and move on! Any comments? I would have focused on one or two good gold assets and put into production instead of 15 different companies on speculation.
