DC.A trading at 12 month LOW.....
... and management is still not buying back common shares despite all that cash on hand.
What are they waiting for?

I would rather see management buying for their own accounts.I have seen companies buying back shares,using company money,when management isn't thinking the stock is low enough for them to puchase.If Goodman has better investments for company money than DC stock,that's OK with me.

Management controls the company through their B shares. They do not need to buy shares on the market.
