When you can respond with facts I'll take notice. At this point all we know is that one of the 2 parties caused a delay.
RIM Executive A:
"I heard Apple is coming out with a new cellphone that could be a threat to us. It doesn't have a physical keyboard, but a person will be able to display a keyboard on their screen, which will be much larger than our screens. I'm worried about this. Perhaps we should get our engineers together and see if we can come out with state-of-the-art new models as soon as possible that offer the same big screen experience...?"
RIM Executive B:
"The facts are:
1) Blackberriy phones currently dominate the market.
2) Even members of the U.S. Congress and the President himself are using our phones.
3) The are so addictive that people are calling them "Crackberries".
Given the above facts, at this point, I refuse to waste my energies on hypotheticals."
KPMG Facts:
Second largest accounting firm in Canada.
DOC Facts:
Absolute trainwreck for investors re. plummeting share price for almost two years now.
Microcap company with reduced staff along with a number of changes in the top executive positions.
Given the above facts, is it possible KMPG is responsible for the delay? Yes. Is it likely? No.
Similarly, is it possible OJ Simpson never murdered his ex-wife? Yes. Is it likely? No.
Just because one doesn't have factual certainty about something doesn't mean it's a coin flip re. possible reasons or outcomes....
