This situation was expected since last annual shareholder meeting. Management requested a shareholder approval for shares consolidation to be able to issue new shares to finance the liquidity shortfall. Shareholders said no + the management are not able to generate enough cash flow to finance the business and pay out the 20 m$ of debt ==> restructuring and shareholders pain.
