the value of clinics

Well Health started their news release today with "WELL's clinic recruitment, absorption and acquisition program has demonstrated substantial growth and capital efficiency having added two Canadian clinics in Q4-2023 generating approximately $28 million in annualized revenues for total consideration of less than $400,000 and are expected to positively contribute to EBITDA in 2024. WELL now operates 167 clinics in 98 facilities across Canada."

Should make you question the value associated with unprofitable/ marginally profitable clinics?

Would CloudMD one day be included in Well's absorption and acquisition program  ?

Nah. They took at look at CloudMDs assets and bought all/near all the clinics. They left the rest.

Given what they have been paying , you might not like the price.
