Could something be going on behind the scene

Just wondering, since there has been no Dec news releases and Hecla, via last placement,  dictating no further capital raising to be done by DV this calendar year. Could there be some kind of deal being negotiated/struck for a possible take out.  If so I hope Shawn still remembers his previous commiment to shareholder value and doesn't give DV away to cheaply.
