Dolly
I have been tracking Dolly for years .Indeed a look at the 10 year chart reveals its share price is lower than it was 10 years ago.All it seems to do is raise money ,drill holes in the ground ,report results and the cycle repeats itself.IT NEVER EVER seems to be progressing towards a mine .Now the price of silver is rising ,another 15 million has been raised for more drilling .I think this area of British Columbia must look like Swiss cheese.
The management just needs to put out a route map showing when they will start construction on a mine .If they can't they need to be taken over by Hecla and maybe they can get off the pot.
