Land sale, cont.

Land sale, cont. Thanks for your responses. Correct me if any of the following ideas are wrong:

1) DCK's present value is largely based upon its condensate potential. The condensate would travel south, pushing tar sands oil through the pipelines.

2) There is little or no value assigned to DCK's SP for the potential of a natural gas build-out to the west coast of BC.

3) The purchase of Talisman's Montney land means Asian money is starting to arrive for the potential West Coast buildout.

4) Although $1.5 billion is peanuts compared to what it will take accomplish the build-out to the BC coast, these commitments from Asia mean the build-out is more likely to actually happen. I am assuming Petronas doesn't care about sending condensate south.

5) If the dominoes fall and the buildout to the BC coast happens (nobody is organizing the thing, apparently), DCK's land becomes more far more valuable due to the guaranteed market for natural gas going west, in addition to the condensate going south.

I bought DCK at $2.30 in March, and it has been stagnant since, but it seems that the underlying value is continually increasing. Patience, patience, patience.....
