Info Circ AGM May 18. All directors standing for re-election plus 3 new ones to total 9 directors. Chairman of audit comm paid $9,000 per month in additional fees in 2016 and holds the least amount of shares of the company. Well results and production growth from press release seems good but share price continues to struggle. Maybe Q1 will shed some light on why?
