RE: Clown is backI'm not sure you need that. We have a 43-101. Just start valuing the project using the 575 pit and you'll be fine.
We know we have a massive resource. That is a fact. What ever the market does it does but the asset is in the ground and has good value. It's really that easy. All these other pinheads have no freaking idea what they are doing. One day they have a 20 target the next 15. On and on. What good does that do an investor when the stock is at 15 and you put out a price target of 15. Just take a deep breath and think of that logic for just a second.
With that said, it is massivley important to do dd every day. Ask the critical questions. Know as much as you can.
