RE: Clown is backI agree. The only thing I can add to that is that AEM had made an initial purchase a few months before. They wanted in on that project and did not wait around. They finalized it with the buyout.

It could very well be the the PLG ownership is hurting DGC. The way I see it, it complicates the way it would be done. You are dealing with two parties/entities rather than one.

How do you guys objectively see this?
