These are very avergage assets. No real size. We'll get a feel though for what the market is paying for this type of asset when and IF they can unload em. Given the circumstance, I would not expect they get much since they are screaming desporate.
Morons got themselves in a bind. God only knows why these folks did not realize the party would end and enter into long term financing.
