RE: buy outUnfortunatly the market doesn't care what price we pay for anything. It's what the market is willing to pay today. Even with todays K news, I can't see why anyone would pay a 500% premium for DGC when it's trading at 4. Do you ? Someone here once said that the 20 dma  and a premium is used to establish a price. I laughed at such nonesence. Now I'm not so sure
