RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: 52 week high will be broken ..There is a valid reason for DGC tardiness.  They are trying to capture economic benefits from the current deflationary environment.  This should help increase the IRR and NAV of the project.  The extra time also gives them more time to figure out a financing strategy.

Any other reason would be just speculation.
