There is no way Gerald would have left on his ownif there was a remote possibility that an acquisition was imminent. Surely he had a "change of control" severance clause in his contract that would have rewarded him handsomely.

Now, with the GG hostile for OSK, that is the signal that there is a belief that Au prices are at or near the low.

GG folks are savy dudes.
