Minco PLC should be voting on approval of the deal at 11:30 AM on July 26th in the UK. So we should know on Wednesday morning since the vote occurs during the night for us here in North America. "In order to become effective, the Scheme must be approved at a meeting of the shareholders of Minco (Court Meeting) to be held at 11.00 am on 26 July 2017.
