I agree, it is tough to DCA but sometimes you have to do so aggressively to decrease your basis. It's great that someone is willing to part with their shares for such a low price. Do they know something we don't? Doubtful. There are many reasons for people to sell a stock. Perhaps, they just feel that they could put the funds to better use elsewhere. Who knows? Who cares?

It appears that Ceragon is finding its way out of the woods. They are forcasting profitability for the remainder of this year and all of next year. If they can deliver, they should be back to the $3-$5 range. It's probably worth picking up some of their stock too. That is, if you're willing to wait it out a couple of years. I already hedged (if you can call it that) with their stock in case the Dragon doesn't perform as well as I expect. Nonetheless, the Dragon shouldn't be lingering here for too much longer; yes, you'd think that something does have to give. They have another six months to get their stock above $1 before a necessary reverse split. Will they jump the gun and do one sooner? However, a lot can happen in six months. Any signs that things are turning around and we're looking at a much higher valuation.

Good luck with whatever you decide.
