At this point in time, it's doubtbul that they'll reverse split at all - they're preparing for Chapter 11. They should have laid off half of their workforce last quarter to give themselves a chance. They're currently burning way too much money per quarter. No guidance, no mention of reverse split, what they're doing for the company's stock price or further financing. This company will probably declare bankruptcy once management fleeces the rest of shareholders' money. Shortly after next quarter's disastrous results, they'll file.
I thought there might be some value based on NOL carryforwards, their technology, etc. but the way the stock is trading, it's becoming evident that any value will be wiped out completely - at least for the current shareholder base.
I still have a bid in at $0.01/sh. I had one at $0.10/sh - I'll be dropping that as it'll hit there much sooner than I had originally thought.
P.A. should write a book entitled, "Come Fleece With Me".
